Many coastal areas in Sri Lanka are contaminated with trash like plastic, polythene, pesticides, and several other harmful pollutants. This not only destroys our beautiful coastline, but it affects the sea animals and the overall marine ecosystem taking a toll on humans as well. Hence, we have understood the devastating effects of pollution and as part of our social responsibility, we are taking the steps towards making an impact that changes the world for the better.
SAStaining Clean Shores is a CSR Project organized and initiated by the team of SAS Creative. This initiative focuses on reducing the coastal pollution happening all around Sri Lanka. Our goal is to cover 20% of the coastline by 2024, through a series of well-organized and serviceable beach cleanup programmes.
